- UlkaHealth is built around the full range of non-clinical work that keeps an independent practice running. We identify recurring friction, prioritize the problems with the greatest impact, and build practical AI solutions around them.
- What problems does UlkaHealth solve today?
- Current solutions help practices keep credentials current, move referrals from fax to scheduling, catch payer changes before they become denials, and prepare sensitive files for safer sharing. Practice needs continue to shape what UlkaHealth takes on next.
- Do I need every UlkaHealth solution?
- No. Explore the solution that matches the problem you need to address now. Current solutions remain available through their respective product sites, so your team can choose what fits its needs.
- Can I keep using my existing systems?
- Yes. UlkaHealth solutions are designed for focused operational work alongside the systems and processes practices already rely on. They are not presented as a replacement for your EHR or practice-management system.
- What if my problem is not listed?
- Tell us anyway. Recurring practice needs help us decide what UlkaHealth should solve next, and your experience can help us understand where the work is breaking down.
- How does UlkaHealth approach security and protected information?
- HIPAA-aligned infrastructure is the baseline, with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, activity logging, and Business Associate Agreements available before PHI is shared as applicable to each product. Controls and claims are product-specific.
- What do “Live,” “Early Access,” and “Coming Soon” mean?
- Live means available today. Early Access means available to a limited number of practices while we refine it. Coming Soon means in active development and not yet broadly available.
- Is patient data used to train any AI model?
- Never. Patient data is used only to power the workflow for your practice.
